Healthy living is a balancing act and in order to thrive at it, we must nourish our bodies and minds. We do this by eating a balanced diet and exercising our minds and bodies regularly. A balanced diet means eating a variety of foods that provide our bodies with the nutrients we need to not only live a life free of disease, but to thrive. It is just that, balanced. There is a huge misconception that “healthy” is monotonous and boring. This blog disproves that and I hope that it can serve as a helpful tool in achieving and maintaining a balanced lifestyle!
